Hello everyone! How are you people doing? I hope that everyone of you have a really enjoyable day. So, like what I have stated above, I will teach you the first study tips that I have learn during the Youth Enrichment Programme yesterday.
To start off, everyone off us have a different definition for stress. Am I right? For me, I get a stress when I am unable to complete the task or homework that are given for me to be done. Living the life as a sec 4 is really tiring. Homeworks, O'level and project were queuing up waiting for their turn to be completed. And this could also be the cause for stress. However, some define stress differently. Some think that thinking about their future might cause them a lot of stress because they not know where should they go after their o's. Some also feel stress because they feel really burden by their parents wish. The parents would put pressure on their children to do well on their studies. However, parents should encourage them and give them their fullest support for their children, not giving them more pressure.
Therefore, for those who feel really stress thinking about school, live, future or other, they should take a break and release the tension inside you.
Different people have different type on how they manage their stress level. For me, when I feel really stress, I would go to the toilet to do my business. When I do that, I would loosen up the tense that I feel just now. Sometimes, I would blast loud music in order cool myself down.
Different ways to manage your stress level:
1. Have a light exercise.
2. Breathe in breathe out.
3. Go out for a walk. By this, it will also freshen up your brain so it will not feel compact and rowdy.
4. Do something that you enjoy.
It is okay to relax.
